RESERVATION AND CANCELLATION POLICIES

Reservations
Reservations are made in advance and are subject to availability. To confirm your reservation, we require a deposit, which will be arranged at the time of your inquiry. Once received, your experience will be reserved for the agreed-upon date.

Confirmation
Upon confirmation of your booking, we will send you all the necessary information regarding schedules, meeting point, and recommendations for the activity. We recommend arriving on time to make the most of the experience.

Cancellations
Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance. In case of cancellations made outside of this timeframe or in case of no-show, the deposit will not be refunded, as the service is reserved exclusively for that day.

Weather and rescheduling
Activities are subject to weather conditions. If the weather does not allow for a safe experience, we offer the option to reschedule the outing or coordinate a new date, always prioritizing the well-being of our visitors.
